Create Your Own Online Anonymous Patient Surveys
Our website package comes with The General Practice Assessment Questionnaire (GPAQ). You can edit this anonymous survey or turn it on/off whenever you wish.
You can also create your own anonymous surveys from scratch. The questions you add will require your patients to choose one of your available answers. Your results are then added together and displayed as a bar graph of percentages.
