Your website already has a page set up to enable your patients to be able to request their repeat prescriptions online. The page will be https secure.


The information entered by the patient is kept in your secure management logs and a notification of a new request is sent to an e-mail address or email addresses of your choice. Please click here to see an example of how your logs would look.

 

You could create your dispensers their own user account for your logs.

 

If you use or plan to use Emis Access, Vision Online, SystmOnline or similar for repeat prescriptions then this form can be removed from your websites and the relevant links can be added.
